Iequalsi
is a software product that best falls into the category of massively multiuser
environment, although it is the opinion of the author that this definition
is far too limiting for the scope and ambition of the project. It is the intent of this document to make clear the intent of the project as well as a brief overview of the software requirements. The project will be separated into several architecture components. Network Server, and Client Applications. There will be several client devices and platforms accessing the multiuser network. |
Clients include
but not are limited to networked devices. Primarily a desktop and secondarily
J2me/midp enabled devices (palm os v3.5+, and Sprint PCS, NEXTEL, Motorola
iDEN phones). The client software will consist of a "little i" designer
and habitat. "Little i" is the users representation in the multi-user
environment. "Little i" acts initially as an extended Tomagachi (virtual pet), having needed interactions with the user, and yet having additional AI resources to aid the user. Each i will have the ability to connect through a client server capacity as well as p2p. |
